Our History

In 1964, United Automobile Leasing was founded at the request of our automotive dealership customers. A willingness to partner with clients for mutual success and a determination to find just the right business solution for their needs became the hallmarks for our consistent growth.

Over the years United Leasing has grown from an automotive leasing business to become a broad-based leasing company that combines asset knowledge, structuring expertise, flexibility, and capital with a dedication to delivering World-Class Service to our leasing partners.

Part of ULI's unique client focus is our ever-expanding leasing services offerings. In addition to our leasing capabilities, also offered are two specialty finance subsidiaries for commercial and retail loans: United Commercial Leasing, Inc. and United Finance. We also offer customized vendor programs, including private label finance processing services that enable manufacturers and distributors to effectively market their products nationally.

Clients who partner with ULI vary from small enterprises to Fortune 100 companies. Today we have $150 million in assets under management and over 3,000 customers throughout North America.
