Q. I have a newly acquired company vehicle. Who will title and register my vehicle?
A. The dealer delivering your vehicle will usually process the title and registration paperwork. For specific questions, contact our Title Department at 800-742-3928, ext. 3636 or locally at 479-0231, extension 3636.

Q. I purchased my vehicle from Romain Cross Pointe Auto Park, Romain Buick, Romain Subaru, Saturn of Evansville, Evansville Suzuki, Saturn of Terre Haute, Saturn of Plymouth or Saturn of Farmington Hills, as a lease with United Leasing, Inc. When will I receive my title?
A. Your title will be transferred by the Saturn stores in Michigan. If you purchased from any of the Romain dealerships in the state of Indiana, your title will be transferred by United Leasing. You will receive paperwork in the mail to take to your license branch to purchase your license plates.

Q. I currently have a valid license plate. Can it be transferred to my new, leased vehicle?
A. Yes, your personal license plate can be transferred to your leased vehicle, unless you live in a state where the license plate is required to stay with the old vehicle.

Q. What are the liability requirements for leased vehicles?
A. If vehicles are used for personal use, the liability requirements are $100,000 / $300,000 / $50,000.
If the vehicles are used for business purposes, the liability requirements are $250,000 / $500,000 / $250,000.

Q. What do the numbers $100,000 / $300,000 / $50,000 represent?
A. $100,000 is the bodily injury insurance limit per person per accident. $300,000 is the bodily injury insurance limit per accident, total. $50,000 is the insurance limit for property damage.

Q. How should the “Loss Payee/Additional Insured” lines read?
A. Loss Payee: Fifth Third Bank, P.O. Box 5089, Evansville, IN. 47716. Additional Insured: United Leasing, Inc., P.O. Box 5089, Evansville, IN. 47716

Q. Why is Fifth Third Bank listed as Loss Payee since our lease is with United Leasing, Inc.?
A. Fifth Third Bank is our funding source.
