Benefits

For our regular full-time employees, United Leasing & Finance offers a generous benefit package.

To protect against financial loss from accidents and illnesses:
Medical insurance with United Healthcare. The Company pays a large portion of the premium.

To prevent and fix dental problems:
Dental insurance with Delta Dental that has no deductibles, 100% coverage for preventive and diagnostic procedures, 50% for other procedures, and orthodontics.

To encourage routine annual eye examinations and assistance with related supplies:
Vision insurance with United Healthcare is offered to assist with costs related to annual eye exams and necessary eyeglasses or contact lenses.

To assist with qualifying out-of-pocket health care and dependent care expenses:
Depending on your health care plan selection, we offer flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and health savings accounts (HSAs) to assist you with paying your portions of qualifying expenses (such as deductibles, co-pays, prescriptions, supplies, etc.).  We also a dependent care FSA to help save for qualifying child care and elder care expenses.

To provide your loved ones with financial support in the event of death or accidental dismemberment:
Employees can select life and/or accidental death and dismemberment insurance that would pay benefits to the employee or the employee’s beneficiaries upon qualifying events.  Spousal life insurance and dependent life insurance is also offered.  Requests for coverage over certain minimum levels may be subject to medical underwriting and evidence of insurability.

For added peace of mind, we offer a variety of supplemental insurance policies:
Employees can select additional coverage options including short-term disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and/or accident insurance.

For financial security when you retire:
We offer a 401(K) Plan with 50% match on the first 4% of the compensation you defer after you meet eligibility criteria.  Rollovers from other qualified plans into ours are allowed immediately.

To “get away from it all” for your rest and relaxation:
Two weeks of vacation after your first anniversary year, 3 weeks after five years and 4 weeks after fifteen years.

To thank you for your time and hard work:
The anniversary of your hire date off as a paid holiday!

To enjoy the holidays:
Eight total paid holidays are available.

To reward you for personal and Company success:
Recognition and a paid day off of your choice if your business unit wins the Seal of Excellence award.
