You asked and we listened. We are excited to finally roll out our new and improved customer portal experience. With new features and benefits, this new experience will save you time with managing contracts, accessing/paying invoices, viewing payment history, enrolling in AutoPay, managing your payment methods, and getting support from our friendly team! We’re excited to release this new customer experience to you and hope you get the most out of it. To sign up or sign in to make a payment, please follow the directions below.

On June 1st, 2022, we will no longer mail out paper invoicing in an effort to go green and save paper.

Commercial Lease/Loan Customers

If you financed essential assets, equipment, or vehicles for your business with us, click the button below to sign in or register for a new account.

Consumer Automotive Customers

If you financed a new/used vehicle through Romain Automotive Group (Romain Cross Pointe Auto Park, Terre Haute Chevrolet), click the button below to sign in or register for a new account.

Want to make a payment using our old customer portal?

To use our old customer portal, please click the button below and follow the directions. You will be prompted to enter your customer number when using this form to pay your loan or lease. Please enter your lease or loan number and payment due date as well for efficient processing of your payment. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon submitting your online payment.

Make a Payment

Make a Payment to Your Lease or Loan Online

It’s Free and Secure:
United is offering this online payment convenience to you at no charge. SSL-encrypted process.

It’s Convenient — Pay by Electronic Check:
Accepted payments are by eCheck (ACH).

You Set the Payment Date:
Schedule your payment for up to 30 days from today’s date.

Receive a Payment Confirmation:
An email confirmation will be sent to you upon submitting your online payment.

Register as a User:
You can pay without registering, however, if you become a registered user, you can:

  • make additional payments quickly
  • securely store account information
  • view payment history

Please Note:
You will be prompted to enter your customer number when using online payments. Please enter your lease or loan number and payment due date as well for efficient processing of your payment.
